SOKIPREYE designs all garments in London, on a preorder basis. For preorder garments, the approximate production time is stated beneath each products' description. For example, if the estimated time required for production is three weeks, or 21 working days. The term "working days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and/or British holidays. Within regular production periods, production is fulfilled as such, however due to unforeseen events such as COVID-19, there may be instances where production is slightly longer than extended. SOKIPREYE will notify all clients via email of any delays, should they occur.

Changes to order specifications must be requested within two days of the original order date; any requested changed after this will not be permitted as orders will have begun production. Once orders have been completed, our pieces undergo an extensive quality control period, before they are packaged safely using sturdy, regulation-compliant packaging. 

After production:

Delivery within the UK is fulfilled within 1-2 working days. International delivery is approximately 2-5 working days, depending on location. All delivery information is sent via email, once orders have been completed and collected by their respective courier services. All customs and/or import taxes must be made payable by the client. For more information on duties and taxes that may be payable when shipping to your country, we advise checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

Sokipreye is not liable for any loss that may occur during transit. Clients receive all delivery information via email and it is their responsibility to periodically check delivery updates through the corresponding delivery service. If clients state a parcel is lost/stolen, this is the responsibility of the corresponding courier service and Nellie Studio is not liable for this loss.
