Removal of tags marks the acceptance of the item; and this item cannot be returned/exchanged after the removal of tags.If the fit or style of your garment isn’t quite right for you, we would be happy to offer an refund or exchange to another size, style or a store credit note only within 10 days of receiving your order. 

​Customers who wish to request an exchange/return, must return all items back to SOKIPREYE within 10 days after receiving them, using a trackable service. Tracking information for returns must be sent to SOKIPREYE via info@sokipreye.com.

Conditions for return:

- Return in its original condition with tags still attached and in original packaging
- Unworn, without any signs of wear, without odour or perfume
- Not damaged, altered or marked, stretched in any way

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the returned items get back to us safely. The customer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs for a return. The initial shipping costs paid and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted/sale items (including orders that have been purchased with a discount code), custom colour items, or customised size items are non-refundable.
